Fisher & Paykel Forma™ Full Face CPAP Mask is the third generation of full face masks. It forms a superior seal and provides even more comfort with a greater range of movement through the active contouring of the new FlexiFoam Cushion. A new padded T shaped forehead support adds stability to the mask base, and works in harmony with the highly contoured Silicone Seal and Under-the-Chin design to enhance your sleep performance. The new Fisher & Paykel Forma™ mask offers an improved seal and a more comfortable fit due to the interaction between the new and improved FlexiFoam cushion and the patented Under-Chin Design (as seen in the FlexiFit™ 431 and FlexiFit™ 432).

Experience a greater freedom of movement and improved cushion seal with the Glider Strap. The strap minimizes leak events by distributing pressure points equally along the face when the head rotates from side to side. The Easy-Release cord makes removing a mask easy and prevents a user from the need to re-adjust headgear every time you take off the mask.

Finally, a new advanced air diffuser has been added to create a quieter exhalation port. Air is routed away from the user and their sleeping partner and helps minimize exhaust noise.

I've tried a lot of different masks, but this one is my favorite so far! Even though I received the wrong size and slept with it a few nights, I can tell once I get the sizing correct, this will be the one I stay with. It is so comfy, the cushion and seal are soft, the seal is tight and it's nice having a string to pull when I want to remove the mask. It seems to adjust nicely to sleeping in all positions as well. And it seems professional, a true piece of medical equipment, not a cheap plastic device like one I had tried previously. It doesn't blow air up into my eyes and doesn't mark my nose or face. It is quiet and I slept nicely with it. The chin rest kept my mouth from dropping open and that helped with a dry mouth. I really really like this one.
