I have been using this headgear for over 10 years!. I tried a different pillow gear but, as others have said the headgear doesn't stay in place. I will only use this ResMed gear.

I have used this system exclusively for over six years as well, missing only a couple of nights. My nose gets dry irritation, but clears up promptly. Have not tried any other pillow, but this one works for me. I sleep on both sides and occasionally on my back. My wife is happy that my snoring is gone. Never sleep without it.

I have used this mask for 6 years and like it very much. I have had no problems with it at all, except for ocasional very slight irritation at the nostrils which usually goes away during the day.
