General Return Policy


The following policy applies to CPAP equipment ordered through our site without the use of insurance coverage. This policy excludes any items ordered using your insurance.

 Easy Breathe accepts returns on CPAP equipment within 30 days of the original shipping date of the order. Once we receive the return back, we will issue a 100% store credit in the form of a gift certificate for your original purchase amount, including tax and excluding shipping costs. While we have a generous exchange policy, we do not offer refunds.

Return Policy for Insurance Orders

Please Note: Items that are partially or entirely covered by your insurance CANNOT be refunded.

Due to the insurance billing process, products ordered through your insurance are considered final and cannot be returned for a refund. In most cases, we can facilitate a one-time exchange (within 30 days of the shipment date of your order) for a comparable product to help with problems such as mask sizing.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us or call our Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 to obtain the return address and an RMA number for your product. An RMA number is required to ensure that your package is processed correctly once it has been received.


Return Policy for Defective Items

Within 30 days of the original ship date, Easy Breathe will facilitate an exchange of any merchandise that we sell to you that has a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us if you believe a product you purchased from us is defective. We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate the exchange for a new product and will cover the shipping costs for standard (non-expedited) shipping.

Depending on the manufacturer, most CPAP machines are covered under warranty for 1 to 2 years after purchase. If your machine purchased from is broken or malfunctioning, please call our office at (866) 564-2252 with your machine nearby, as we will need to verify the Serial Number on your machine to verify its warranty. If your machine is still under warranty, we will contact the manufacturer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on your behalf. Warranty claim decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office; we do provide a return label to cover the cost of shipment.
