I got the headgear last time so I thought that I could get away with just the cushion and the first night I slept very well but then on the second night the mask started leaking air along the sides and top of the nose. It depends on the position of my head but I headgear is like it’s stretching out and won’t last for a month before it goes bad. I used to be only able to get headgear every three months plus the quality of the mask has been very disappointing this time
