Original order explained how urgent it was that I get the hose right away. They managed to say they sent it three days later and a week after that I still didn't receive it (ups lookup had only it was out for shipping). Two weeks I still haven't received. Next try (again explaining urgency) they did get it to used next day but tracking is showing not coming for a week from now . I paid 40 for urgent shipping and the company is no doubt just pocketing this extra cash I paid which I view as stealing. No care about my health. You would think an internet supply company would value their patients better than this
