Too many leaks!!!

Size is too small

I ordered the medium which is what i have but it is smaller and it makes a terrible high pitched whistling sound. I'm not able to use it. Please advise

Needs directions on how to put it together

The mask looks like it will be nice, but it lacks directions on how to put the head strap on the mask part, so I cannot use it.
