ResMed's AirCurve 11 ASV adjusts to your individual breathing patterns as they change during the night. The algorithm, called adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV*), detects when you stop breathing and provides a breath.

*ASV therapy is contraindicated in patients with chronic, symptomatic heart failure (NYHA 2-4) with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤ 45%) and moderate to severe predominant central sleep apnea.

So far, very happy

I purchased the AirCurve 11 after my previous bipap machine began to fail. In fact I tried using a cpap machine for a few nights and found that wholly unacceptable. The AitCurve 11 is very quiet, which my wife appreciates, and after dialing in the air volume I sleep really well.

Really like the AirCurve 11. So much more comfortable than the AirSense, With the AirSense, I had constant issues with dry eye...to the point that I could hardly open my eyes in the morning. Also, I spent most of my morning with a dry cough. I think both of those issues were caused by the constant high pressure air flow. The AirCurve11, being a BiPAP, decreases flow when you exhale......which has made a huge difference. The coughing is gone and the dry eye issue is significantly improved.
