No new device received!!

I did indeed engage in a conversation with an Easy Breathe agent on 12/24/2024. I was assured that I would be receiving a new Bi-Pap device, once my Dr. approved the request, which the agent promised to provide to my Dr. I DID call my Dr.'s office on 12/26, requesting they ensure the document. To date, I have had no further communications regarding the promised new device. I will be seeing my Dr. on 1/8 and will confirm his approval.
This all concerns me, as you have apparently processed the issuance of a new device to me, which has NOT happened. Please advise!!!

Easy Breathe provided excellent customer service and enabled me to receive an Air Curve 11 through my insurance. Easy Breathe also updated my prescription.

Just used the new Aircurve and was a great quiet night without any noise. May be that my new Bravada mask helped.
