Aircurve 11 noise

I like the Aircurve 11.... except, it makes an irritations noise in inhalation. I've tried several solutions but the noise is internal. At first I tried resetting the water tank and that worked a couple of times. Earplugs did not work as the noise is being fed directly through the air tube. Tried adjusting pressure to no avail.
