Compare to PureSom Ruby Adjustable Chinstrap. Thin adjustable strap attaches at the top of the head. Thicker bottom strap attaches to itself at the back of the head. Great for hard-to-fit patients.
The adjustable chins strap come in 5 sizes to provide a custom fit. Unlike most chin straps, it is also designed with full head support for a comfortable fit, and to prevent slipping.
I found this this to be an ill-fitting, cumbersome and inefficient answer to mouth breathing. Runs very small compared to traditional sizing. Complete fail and waste of time trying two sizes that had to be returned.

Bad sizing
Ordered an XL, it was far to large, couldn't get it tight. So I ordered a large. SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Could not get velcro to attach in back, did not reach around my head.
