I bought this chin strap about six months ago and it has held up very well. I throw it in the regular laundry about once a week. It would probably last a bit longer if I hand-washed it. I have found it very effective at keeping my mouth closed. My only complaint is the straps wear thin through use, and I had to stitch the ends once.
