I'm having a hard time keeping the mask on without air leakage on the mouth side of the mask. If I tighten the straps, then the mask hurts my head.

I already called and had to reorder a headgear that did NOT have magnetic clips. This should be determined before shipping. I have a pacemaker. Good thing I read the warning.
