My delivery did not include that cushion; is there anything that can be done to obtain the nasal pillows cushion?

Mask feels great going on; then face begins to feel itchy under the mask; after awhile, I somehow adjust and fall asleep. worried that I might have an unknown allergy to the rubber mask
