You did your part

Ordering was easy; you shipped it promptly. But the USPS has apparently lost it. Package tracking said it arrived in Seattle (I live 16 miles west of it), THEN USPS SENT IT TO ANCHORAGE ALASKA! It took 5 days to get there; they sent it back 6 days ago but it hasn't arrived yet. Next time I'll drive to CA and get it. I gave you 5 stars because you did your part very well. Thank you. Now if USPS can get their stuff together...

Unfortunate

The water chamber makes noise. Every time I put distilled water in it I have to tighten the plastic liner inside. Not happy!!!
