Works well, as long as you don’t have a cold and can’t breath thru nose. The head gear works well also it doesn’t move. If to tight it will make your under nose sore.

I find the DreamWear Nasal Mask without Headgear very comfortable and I recommend the mask to anyone seeking more comfort.

If only it was tighter around the nostrils. When I press it against my nose, I breathe really well.
