I had to order a new one because the other one came apart right where the circular tubing attaches to the clear plastic after only at the most one month of using. I feel it was faulthy!
I new one cost me around $35 for a piece of plastic - who do you blame for this?
The person who helped me get a new tube was very professional and found exactly what I needed without having to buy a whole new face piece. Service was excellent.

At last, and adjustable cushion mask. Having gone thru several masks, finding issues with all, I tried evora. It works well for me. A bit of adjustment with the straps, and I like it.
