I am used to Nasal pillows. I was a Respiratory Therapist - that said, I have the same problems everyone else has with headgear. doesn't matter how great the mask is, if the headgear is awkward or can't tighten / loosen correctly (last one I had had velcro to snug it up that was only an inch long. gave out because it wasn't sturdy and it would come loose twice a night). THIS headgear is SO easy to fit right. I had no problem with it, it snugs up by itself. if you move around and it gets too snug you can just pull it away from your face a bit and it snugs itself up again. very light tube from pillows so not pulling on your face. I had bought the three pack of headgear and just reordered a few more pillows. OH and the pillows snap on and off, you don't have to pull at them BUT it's not a hard snap - just secure. I like this whole set up alot.
