I like the style but I would rather have one without the little extended nose pieces they seem to close my nostrils making it hard to breathe

I'm having a hard time keeping the mask on without air leakage on the mouth side of the mask. If I tighten the straps, then the mask hurts my head.
This is the third one I have ordered. This one is by far the most confortable. Thank you.
