Took Care of a Problem

The rubber seal on my old water chamber led to having my Airsense whistle. I was pretty sure it wasn't my CPAP machine, and I was hesitant to buy a replacement from Amazon. Got my new water chamber in 3 days, and that took care of my problem.

You did your part

Ordering was easy; you shipped it promptly. But the USPS has apparently lost it. Package tracking said it arrived in Seattle (I live 16 miles west of it), THEN USPS SENT IT TO ANCHORAGE ALASKA! It took 5 days to get there; they sent it back 6 days ago but it hasn't arrived yet. Next time I'll drive to CA and get it. I gave you 5 stars because you did your part very well. Thank you. Now if USPS can get their stuff together...
