Did not like it kept breaking the seal ordered different style worked out great getting credit for that one the new one was 2 for 1

Wrong product but return handled efficiently
As a new CPAP user, I don't have the correct terminology. It would help if your product description included the product number. I knew I needed #63813 but couldn't see it on any item. I am going to try again,

The mask doesn’t fit my hose! Had to buy a hose and am waiting for that. Very frustrating.
