Put an order in which I thought was to include the clear plastic tank top to be used with a SoClean machine. Instead, I got a short injection hose. Now, granted, that hose likely needed to be replaced and that is why I decided to keep it. In talking with another representative about a separate order which had an insurance issue, the young lady seemed to understand what I really wanted in the first place. She put notes into my file and when I order the next time I am hopeful that I’ll get what I need. Otherwise, generally pleased with the service, though suspect the pricing is a bit high.
