Hi, my name is Bill Conway. and I placed an order with your company for two Quattro FX Replacement Cushions-Medium and only one was shipped. The order date was 9/23/2025 and the ship date was 9/23/2025. The order number was EB-1035633. Loc is AA4 and the SKU IS 61722. My shipping address is 678 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306-2804. Again, only one replacement cushion was sent when two were clearly ordered. I received a headgear replacement which I don't need because I have spares. Maybe this is where the mix-up occurred.
