I ordered an N20 mask and hoses replacements and was shipped most parts for an N20 AirMini but a connector did not fit because I didn’t specify an AirMini when I ordered. Apparently there are several machines that use N20 designation N20 along with a great number of other designations. The fact that the other parts of my order were for an AirMini didn’t stop Easy Breathe from shipping one part for an other machine. No help when I called.
