The QuietAir Elbow is designed to fit the AirFit™ F20, AirTouch™ F20, and AirFit™ F30 full face masks.
QuietAir releases the same amount of air per breath as the existing standard CPAP elbow, but it does so gently using smaller, multidirectional openings over a wider area.

While I am not happy about the exorbitant cost of it, there is no doubt that it works very well. I sleep soundly and wake up refreshed.

Replacement
The other one wore out...time to replace it. The old one had been as far east as Athens Greece and west to Honolulu, 1/3 of the circumfrence of the earth.
