I received my items and discovered that the face mask was the wrong size. I sent an email to find out the process of exchanging unopened products. I have yet to get a response.

I love this gear
I would be nice if the gear lasted longer, however, I love the Full-Face mask,
It could be bigger, I run a Large, the elastic seems to run out in a month of use.
This is a great system, tried to sleep one Nite while out of town,
This resulted in no sleep, so there you go,
This company provides great customer service.
