Not my style

I finally figured out how to attach it, but after trying the mask type a few nights I am just not a fan. I cannot find a good breathing rhythm. It pushes air through my nose in a strange way

I like the way it fits but it moves when I sleep so am having always adjust it so it is in the right position for my nose
