Very comfortable, light weight and effective. You barely know you have it on. Especially if you've started wearing CPAP masks along with the machines like my husband and I have over the last 10 years. No lines or circle marks on your face, nothing pushing up into your eyes or weighting down and hurting your nose, nothing wearing on your upper lip leaving it sore or leaving marks... we are very pleased and actually sleep better. My husband loves sleeping on his side or stomach, so this is a welcome comfort to him... and me too!
