CPAP Tubing - Gray

My original tubing is white, but I tried the gray one. I had a difficult time getting it connected to my machine and also to my mask. This morning when I went to detach the tubing from my mask, it would only come off with after great effort of pulling and pulling to disconnect from my mask. I don't think it is the correct one for my machine (AirSense 11 Autoset with humidifier) or my mask (AirFit N30). My tubing is definately white (most likely the Pure White 6 Foot Performance CPAP/BiPAP Tubing).
Please sent the correct one as soon as possible. Thank you.
and how do I send back the one I received that doesn't work for me?

Great works fine

Do they make 3/4” in gray. Also the filter for cpap was wrong one for my machine I will check with my provider to see # of filter.

needed the tubing that came with the machine it was a heated tubing . your sales person said i could not get it
