Can I use insurance or my FSA/HSA?
Travel CPAPs cannot be billed to insurance, but FSA and HSA cards are accepted. A new home CPAP and other supplies may be eligible for insurance. Check your insurance for those.
Are there other travel CPAPs?

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, a valid CPAP prescription is required for all CPAP machines, and that's exactly what the free CPAP prescription renewal handles. Already have a valid prescription? You can send it to us instead. Call (866) 564-2252 and we'll help.
How long is the prescription valid?
Once issued, your CPAPRx prescription is valid for 8 years. That covers this machine and makes future supply reorders far easier, with no chasing down a doctor's office next time.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on CPAP equipment within 30 days of the original shipping date of the order. Once we receive the return back, we will issue 100% store credit.
