A prescription is required for CPAP machines and most masks — it's federal law, not our rule. Don't have one on hand? Email or fax it after you order, or we can contact your doctor for you. Supplies like filters, tubing, and cleaning products don't require a prescription.
Yes — and you often should. Many customers pay less through insurance than they would with the Earth Day sale. Use the "Check Your Insurance" button and we'll verify your coverage within one business day and handle the paperwork for you.
We accept returns on CPAP equipment within 30 days of the original shipping date of the order. Once we receive the return back, we will issue a 100% store credit in the form of a gift certificate for your original purchase amount, including tax and excluding shipping costs. While we have a generous exchange policy, we do not offer refunds.
Yes. CPAP equipment and supplies are FSA and HSA eligible. Just use your FSA/HSA card as the payment method at checkout. We'll email you an itemized receipt for your records.
