How does the $99 down payment plan work?
You pay $99 today and your TravelPAP ships right away. Then you authorize 12 monthly payments of $70.83 on your card. There's no credit check and 0% interest. The total comes out to essentially the full retail price, just spread out.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. All CPAP machines require a prescription. Send us the one you have, or use our CPAP Prescription Renewal service to get one in as little as 2 business days.
Can I keep the mask I use now?
Yes. It uses the standard 22mm hose connection, so any CPAP mask you own plugs right in. No adapters, no special mask pack, no switching masks just to use the machine.
Is the therapy really as good as my ResMed?
Yes. It reads your breathing and adjusts pressure through the night, 4 to 20 cm H2O, with ramp and easier exhaling. Your prescribed pressure gets delivered the same way. The comfort features just go by different names.
What about flying, altitude, and road trips?
The FAA clears it for use on a plane, it adjusts for thin air on its own up to 7,500 ft, and an optional 12V cord runs it in an RV or a sleeper cab.
What if it isn't right for me?
Send it back within 30 days for 100% store credit. We recommend calling us to troubleshoot first, though. Most early complaints turn out to be a settings tweak, not the machine.
