Sinuses get stuffed up from the pressure of it sitting on the nose. Headgear is loose so it is not to tight.
No leaks and is comfortable on the skin.
So far so good, nice fit, light weight, only thing is I like the hose connection at the rear of the head gear rather than the front, less hose issues.
It’s a great fit it works great for me I will continue to use the N20 nasal mask
