The products themselves are ResMed so you know they’re good. The ordering process worked well. My beef is that they use USPS! It took almost 2 weeks to get to me, plus they don’t track. That’s the reason why I’ll be looking for a different supplier

Most comfortable mask I’ve ever owned very little leakage. It honestly does not even feel like you are wearing a mask with this product. Once you get everything adjusted to what you feel good with you will be very happy.

.Headgear use renewal too long need to be able to renew more often or sooner.
it works well but the headgear is cloth with velcro tha loses its connectivity/sticky ness before you can get a new one. they need to make better headgear or better sticky /connection that currently cused method
