Gel Pillows

The brand new gel pillows that fit into the DreamWear mask frame provide greater comfort and seal.

Hose Connection at Top of Head

The DreamWear frame is designed with the elbow at the crown of the head, allowing the hose to be routed above the user for optimal comfort. This design will help alleviate tug on the front of the mask, creating a more stable seal during the night. The elbow is free to swivel to help active sleepers maintain proper placement of the mask as sleeping positions change.

In-Frame Airflow

The DreamWear frame is designed to allow airflow to pass through it to reach the nasal pillows. The frame is a single piece with connections for the hose elbow, headgear, and nasal pillows. If one side of the frame is closed by being laid on, the airflow can pass entirely through the other side without negatively affecting therapy pressure. The DreamWear frames and nasal pillows are interchangeable, so any size frame will fit any size nasal pillow.

No Red Marks

The DreamWear Gel Pillows Mask features gel pillows that seal both nostrils without needing to cover the entire nose. The soft silicone frame is made out of light, flexible material. This helps alleviate discomfort and irritation. The design leaves line of sight open for reading and TV watching before bed.

Multiple Sizes Available

The DreamWear Gel Pillows Mask without Headgear is available in multiple size configurations to better fit a wide range of users. The frame is available in three sizes: small, medium and large. Most users will find the medium frame the best fit. The nasal pillows are available in three sizes: small, medium and large. The frame and nasal pillow sizes are interchangeable so that any size frame can be used with any size nasal pillows.

It leaks a lot and has a raspy noise. Not comfortable. Keeps me awake. Too tight.

I've been using a CPAP every night for almost 10 years now and have tried many different styles and types of masks. I've been using this mask for almost a month and can say this is by far the most comfortable mask I have tried. Being a side sleeper, most of the other mask types leaked, but the nasal pillows on this mask have almost completely eliminate any leaks. My opinion is still out on hose connection at the top as it does get caught on my pillow from time to time. My biggest issue however is the headgear itself. I am awakened at least twice a night when the straps ride up to the top of the back of my head and the mask basically falls off. I have not found the secret to keeping it on my head at night without riding up. If it we're not for that this would be the best mask on the market in my opinion.

Got mine and on 3rd day with it. Minor adjustments so far but loving it.. Using the Medium Mask and Large Gel Cushion last nite after first using the "Small" cushion
No leak, side sleeper as well, absolutely love the overhead tubing inlet. I'm an eight year CPAP and always buying a new mask to "keep up" up the technology. So far, this one is a winner but it's previous one with the nasal cushion was a total failure in my estimation

The original Dreamwear nose piece tended to cause skin breakdown on my columella, so I tried the Swift FX, which tended to make my nostrils sore after about 3 hours. The Dreamwear Gel pillows are far more comfortable (I often sleep for 6+ hours without removing my mask), don't cause skin breakdowns, and don't leak.

Wow! Switched from DreamWear M Nasal Pillow to new DreamWear M Gel Pillow insert. No more leaks waking me when sleeping on my sides. I have slept through the night for the past week. I have been waking an hour earlier rested. Not tired and falling asleep in the afternoons.
