The new Evora Nasal Mask is the first cradle-style nasal mask from Fisher & Paykel. Unlike any other mask, the Evora Nasal Mask incorporates CapFit headgear that has been designed to be put on like a cap - a simple and intuitive movement that almost everyone is familiar with. The mask features reduced facial contact and a lightweight design for a more comfortable fit.
Manuals & Guides
Overall the mask works great. Headgear is definitely needed though. I believe I ordered the large, and it is a little small for me. May need to return to a full face mask though., to : 1. allevive dry mouth, and 2. keep mouth closed while sleeping.
Need to have smaller head gear I got large but most likely need medium
Then I will re evaluate
I have used Fisher Paykel masks before and currently. At present, I am using the ResMed AirFit N30™ BPAP Nasal Pillow Mask System with Headgear.
I have tested the EVORA with headgear for the last three (3) nights and although satisfactory, it was not as comfortable and effective as I had hoped. The headgear is a bit unwieldy. The seal and nose pillow worked by my scores were lower for the EVORA than with my current RESMED N30™.
My biggest concern is the rather 'flimsy' attachment mechanism that snaps into place.
It is flimsy and can easily be dislodged when donning or removing the headgear/mask.
For all of the above reasons, I cannot recommend the mask as I am more comfortable with my current N30™.

Evora Nasal Mask without Headgear
I purchased the Evora mask and headgear a few days ago and so far so good. It is much better for me since I don’t have to insert anything in my nostrils.
