This Respironics Filter Cover/Silencer Cap snaps into place on the back of REMstar CPAP Systems with C-Flex. It is compatible with C-Flex systems including the REMstar Lite, REMstar Plus, REMstar Pro/Pro2, and REMstar Auto. It will not work with M Series systems.
