The Single Strap Chin Strap helps hold the mouth closed during CPAP and BiPAP therapy. I've been using this single chin strap since I started using a CPAP around 2007 and it's worked great. I don't have the slipping problem, but I wear it fairly snug. I also don't like bulkier ones that are too restrictive or hot.

Used under the mask, this strap stays on all night. It's lightweight. As elasticity s-l-o-w-l-y gives out over time, it can be resized using the velcro.
