The standard size comes with both the Zest™ and Zest™ Plus masks. The petite size headgear comes only with the Zest™ Petite mask.
I have been using this type of head strap for years. I replace it periodically when the material starts to show wear. CPAP equipment does not last indefinitely and must be replaced periodically. Think of it like underwear.
